Most recently Bas was playing the part of Urobe in the musical Wickie, produced by Studio 100.

Bas graduated in Performing Arts from the Brabants Conservatorium in Tilburg, The Netherlands.
Bas made his professional debut in the musical industry in 2001 with the musical Belle en het Beest in which he played the part of 'Belle's Father' (directed by John Yost and choreographed by Frans Schraven), produced by Opus One.

In 2002, Bas performed as 'Kaa' in Jungle Book, directed by John Yost and choreographed by Frans Schraven, produced by Opus One.
Bas played in 2002 also the part of 'Jesus' in a Concert version of Jesus Christ Superstar produced by Jokola.
Between 2003 and 2004, Bas was to be seen in the musical Doornroosje in which he was both 'Count' and Understudy 'King', which he played effectively on several occasions (directed by Gert Verhulst and choreographed by Martin Michel / Studio 100).

Subsequently, between 2005 and 2006, Bas explored the German Musical scene. In Stuttgart. He appeared in the musical Elisabeth as Swing and Understudy 'Luigi Lucheni' (Artistic Direction and Choreography by Dennis Callahan, produced by Stage-Entertainment Germany).
In 2006/07, Bas performed as ensemble and understudy Jamie in My Fair Lady, directed by Matthew Ryan and choreographed by Steven Harris, Dutch Tour , produced by Joop van den Ende Theater Producties.
In the summer of 2008 bas played the part of Meba in the musical 'Tutanchamun' in Gutenstein, Austria.
He returned to Holland to be swing and 1st cover Manfred in the tour of Sunset Boulevard.
Other musical credits include: 'Sound of Music' in 2010 and 'Kruimetle' in 2011-2012.
Between 2012-2013 Bas played the part of Slijmbal (Flotsam) in the musical Little Mermaid produced by Joop van den Ende Theater producties.
